Q: How is Town Center West different from its competition?
A: Town Center West (TCW) is unique in Central Connecticut. While it is nestled in a suburban town, it abuts an interstate highway and provides exceptional regional access. Almost 150k VPD- combined interstate and regional/local traffic. TCW is a Lifestyle Center, offering manicured walkways, opportunities for restaurants, retail, offices and wellness-fitness providers. Our neighbor, Montage, is a 144-unit luxury apartment complex. Montage was completed in 2020 and is fully occupied.
